By using ASAP and CTA together
you can integrate both the delivering of the tests on computers
and scanning and scoring current paper/pencil tests. Integrate test
data from various tests sources
(Accuplacer, COMPASS, paper/pencil, CTA) into common student databases
that counselors
and test administrators can use to create customizable reports. Upload
data to a server or mainframe.
ASAP works on popular NCS and Scantron scanners. ASAP and CTA both have
phone support
and online ftp access for help. ASAP and CTA both work on Window's computers.
CTA offers
approved tests for Math, English and ESL. CTA also works with Accuplacer
online and network
versions for additional testing alternatives.
Both ASAP and CTA are produced by CAPP Associates,
Inc.
The CAPP Test Administrator
(CTA) software has no purchase price and charges on a per test basis.
There is a yearly minimum charge of $400 worth of tests.
Note: You must have a site license with
each test publisher for each test you plan to deliver.
To run the ASAP software, you must have a

About MDTP
MDTP began in 1977 as a joint project of the University
of California and the California State University.
The tests are developed by a workgroup including mathematics faculty
from UC and CSU systems,
community colleges, and high schools. In an agreement with the University
of California Regents, CAPP
developed computer versions of the MDTP tests and is the sole distributor
for this version of the tests.
Paper/pencil versions available.

English Tests
